Demolition

We were lucky enough to have a friend who owns his own demo business. As soon as we got the DA to demolish, Sean was on site.

Found

After looking at both established houses and vacant land, we found our perfect match. We decided to knock-down and re-build. Once the decision was made, we bought this house and started the planning.

The beginning ...

It all started nearly 2 years ago, when my father died and my Mum expressed her wish to live with us. That would mean 5 people + 2 cats in a 3-bedroom house. Not a good fit. So the search began. And we searched, and searched, and searched. Nothing. I had the idea initially that we would be better off building, and everyone eventually came around to the idea. Then it was time to find some land.
